Who we are
This website is operated by Sprintsite LLC (“we”), which builds Locard. Contact: hello@locard.si.
What this website collects
- No cookies. The site sets none.
- No analytics or tracking. There are no analytics, advertising or social scripts, pixels or embeds.
- No third-party resources. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this site; your browser contacts no other service to show these pages.
- Hosting. Our hosting provider processes the technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not use it to identify you.
The demo form
The form on the Request a demo page does not send anything to us. It opens your own e-mail app with a message you can edit or discard. If you send it, we receive what you wrote and your e-mail address, and use them only to reply to you and arrange a demo or pilot.
If you e-mail us
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to respond and follow up, then delete it. We do not sell it or share it for marketing. [Retention period to be confirmed.]
The Locard product
How Locard handles customer data in the product is covered by our customer agreements and data processing agreement, which will be published before the first production deployment. The current design is described on the Security & trust page.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, at hello@locard.si. [Jurisdiction-specific rights (for example GDPR and CCPA) to be completed with counsel.]
